Gerald Krasner, Partner at Begbies Traynor, an AIM listed company, has become a shareholding Director of AccountAssyst.
Mike Collins, Managing Director explains how it all began. "I approached Gerald as a potential investor and business partner because he has a reputation in the field of insolvency, particularly in Company Voluntary Arrangements, that is second to none. I invited him to lunch on the basis that if he liked AccountAssyst sufficiently to become involved, he would pay for lunch. If, however, he wasn't impressed with the system, then I would be the one to pick up the bill!
In the event, I ended up with a free lunch and a business partner who is widely regarded as being the leading expert in his field.
